We actually went to Joy Alukkas for purchase but when we reached the shop was about to close for the day and they said can't get in. So deside to go back, at that time we saw the next shop Jos Alukkas, it was also preparing to close. When we approached the security he politely informed us to wait for a while to check with the manager wether they closed or not. The security get back to us in a while and welcomed us to the shop. The whole staff paused their closing procedures and welcomed us in the shop. That was our first time in Jos Alukkas.They showed us all the available designs as per our requirement with out any objection. They behaved as a family until we left the shop in the midnight. The whole staff waited until we finish. We really appreciate Mr. Tonyettan for his valuable effort to make us satisfied So after one week we went Trissur second time from Kattappana to purchase wedding gold for my Sister-in-law. You can imagine the service they given to us to own a repeated customer from this far location. Thank you one and all, See you.
